O Palácio Gustavo Capanema, também conhecido arquitetonicamente como prédio do Ministério da Educação, é um edifício de escritórios no Centro do Rio de Janeiro.
Como o primeiro projeto modernista no Brasil, é historicamente importante para o desenvolvimento arquitetônico do Modernismo no país e foi incluído na lista provisória da UNESCO.
É um dos melhores exemplos da arquitetura brasileira da década de 1930, foi projetado em 1935 e 1936.
Foi projetado por Lúcio Costa (futuro projetista do plano diretor da capital modernista do Brasil, Brasília), juntamente com Affonso Eduardo Reidy, Ernani Vasconcellos, Carlos Leão, Jorge Machado Moreira e Roberto Burle Marx.
